"We purchased our 2011 216V Sport Nautique in August 2010. We can't say enough great things about our overall experience at Lauderdale Lakes. It started with Don Schnurr, who is knowledgeable about boating, boats, and his products. He took the time to find out how and where we used our boat, in order to help us get the right size and features for us. He let us test drive/ski/surf our final two choices, including a trial of one of them on Lake Geneva to be sure we were comfortable with the amount of freeboard on that sometimes choppy lake. He also understands the unique challenges of Midwest "cold weather" boating. We are grateful for his advice to go with the heater and airdam for those early and late season runs. Don's expertise and patience helped take the stress and anxiety out of a big ticket purchase, and ensured that we had no "buyer's remorse." Since our purchase we have had an equally great experience at Lauderdale Lakes Chicago, both with Don as the manager and Eric in service. They have made it easy to get required maintenance and correction of minor warranty issues. They worked around our schedule and kept us updated about progress. We were able to ski and surf 50-some days from mid-May to mid-October without any downtime in our use of the boat. Our sales and service experience has been a real pleasure. As far as we are concerned, it would be a mistake to go anywhere else for your boating needs. "

"Hello Jamie, No question, but rather a comment from a satisfied customer. I purchased a bass boat from you recently and it handles like a ciggarette boat. I got just as many turned heads with the sun making the metalflake sparkle. Tried it out on a fairly calm day on Green Bay and so far I haven't opened it all the way, but even at half throttle it scoots. No problem going over 60 mph. It now sports GPS,stereo, and I should get my new upholstery next week. Glad you were in the bass boat biz! Thanks again, Bass Boat Bob"

"On May 27th, our family purchased a new Ski Nautique 2011 Team Edition 200 OB. Lauderdale Lakes of Chicago was the first stop on our month long adventure in the purchase of a new or used ski boat. My sons and I visited most every retailer in the Chain-O-Lakes region. All had one thing in common, "Grease-Ball" salesmen with the execption of one. Don Schnurr, Lauderdale Lakes of Chicago. Don being an excellent skier himself is a salesman knows his product inside and out. There was no pressure to sign on the dotted line. He took the time to take my son and I out for a test ride and had the opportunity to ski behind a 2010-200 on a cold Saturday morning. My son and I looked at each other after the ride and just smiled. This was the ride that we were looking for. We received a generous trade-in allowance for our 1995 CrownLine. Don was very patient with us as it took a full month before finally closing the deal. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. We live on the lower Fox River, sking and water sports is what we do during the boating season. Lauderdale Lakes service department is second to none and I would rate it as "outstanding". Eric the service manager has delivered on every promise make. Eric and Don are part of a "great team" devoted to the ultimate in customer service. We purchased a great ride and couldn't be happier with our decision! Most important, we feel that we have become part of the Lauderdale Lakes family and know that we will be well taken care of for as long as we own our boat. Thanks Don and Eric. "We recently bought a home on the Rock River in Roscoe, IL and wanted a pontoon boat. We attended the Milwaukee Boat show earlier this year and, of all models and dealers attending, we decided on a 2010 20 ft Berkshire with a Mercury 50 HP Big foot engine. We worked with Don at Lauderlakes Marine and had a great experience with him and the boat manufacturer creating a special boat for our application. The boat typically does not have a door on the starboard side but, for our river location, we need one. Lauderdale and Berkshire quickly came through with a design for us that is perfect for dock. We took delivery late Friday May 21, 2010 and put it in the Rock River early Saturday. Unfortunately the Merc had a serious issue with staying running and we eventually had to be towed by a friends boat to our dock. I called Don and he and their service group had a mechanic, Dean, to my house that evening to check it out and he determined the fuel pump failed. A new pump was ordered (expedited overnight) and Dean came back to our home and replaced the fuel pump while the boat was in the water tied to our dock! Most impressive! Exemplary service and attention to our situation and I recommend the Lauderdale Lakes team to anyone looking for a great buying and service experience. They exemplify the art of customer service and deserve a 5 Star rating."

"I bought a 2007 Doral 170 Sunquest here and had a fantastic experience. Being a Canadian customer I needed to bring the boat across the border and Don did everything he could to help me. They were very honest and open about the boat. I'm a first time boat owner and they were very helpful in showing me how everything worked and getting me set for the summer."

"I purchased a new pair of Reef golf sandels with golf spikes for my husband and had excellent customer service...very knowledgable! I was able to pay onsite but using their website and take my flip flops with me right away. The best part was since I was able to pay online, I was able to use my paypal account and have that added security! Thank you so much...I really appreciate a fantastic shopping experience!"
